How long does it take for my seeds to sprout?

Most of our sprouting seeds take between 3 to 7 days to reach full maturity, depending on the variety and your indoor climate.

Are your seeds organic and non-GMO?

Yes, all seeds sold by The Sprouting Company are 100% organic, non-GMO, and rigorously tested for pathogens to ensure safe consumption.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer flat-rate shipping across the country. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and arrive within 5-7 business days.

Do you offer a guarantee on seed germination?

Absolutely. We pride ourselves on high germination rates. If your seeds fail to sprout after following the instructions, contact us for a replacement or refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay for a secure checkout experience.

Can I return a sprouting kit if I've already opened it?

Unused kits in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened seed packets.
